SHIPPING POLICY

We operate independently and on a made to order basis, please allow 5-10 working days for orders within Nigeria to be processed. During sales and high volume periods, processing time may extend to 2-5 working days. Please note that weekends are not considered working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow 8-14 working days for your orders to be processed and delivered. 

CUSTOM DUTIES

Most international shipments are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Please note that we are unable to determine or incorporate these charges at the time of checkout.

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring you have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a Return and Exchange service.

Please go through our size guide to confirm sizing and read product description carefully before placing your order.

Returns are accepted only if the items delivered are defective or you receive an incorrect item.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase, the items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If 7 days have passed since your purchase or the items are not returned in their original condition and packaging, we regret that we will be unable to process an exchange for you.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
